How COVID safe are you?
We take every measure to be safe in these uncertain times. When packing away a party we quarantine the equipment for 48 hours, after which we wash everything at 60 degrees and add an antibacterial laundry cleanser when washing.
We also antibacterial spray all hard surfaces and products.
When setting up we use PPE and require you to ventilate the set up room for at least half an hour before our arrival.
How much room do I need ?
Total space needed for each teepee is approximately 180cms x 80cms.
We usually add the breakfast tray at the end of each tent which you should allow for another 40cms however, our trays also lay flat and could be placed on top of each bed to save space.
What age are slumber parties for?
We recommend our parties and sleepovers for girls and boys aged between 5-12 years.

How long does it take to set up?
It depends on the amount of teepees, but we would usually allow 1-2 hours.
How long do I keep the teepees?
Usually we set up in the afternoon of the party/sleepover and would be collecting again the following morning.
Daytime hire is also available and we would recommend hire from 12.00pm to 18.00pm.
We are flexible on delivery and collection and this can be discussed upon booking.
Do you offer packages for more than five teepees?
Yes we do, if you have the space we have the teepees.
Can the teepees be set up outside?
Unfortunately not, they are for indoor use only due to their material and structure.
Do you take a deposit?
We ask for a £50.00 deposit to secure your booking and it is also used as a damage deposit which is refundable (within 24 hours of your hire) after collection and inspection for damage. Once we have set up, the responsibility of the equipment is with the client and any damage will be charged.
When do I need to pay?
A deposit is taken to secure the booking and full payment is due 14 days prior to hire.
What type of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer or Paypal
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, if you cancel your deposit is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to the hire are non-refundable, however you are welcome to re-schedule on one occasion.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery is included within 10 miles of CR5 2AN.
Delivery outside of this area will incur an additional delivery charge, please contact us to discuss your location.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance. Please ask if you wish to see a copy of our certificate.
